Just a reminder of the Winter Fitness Challenge deadlines:

• The Club results must be emailed (to galas@samastersswimming.com) on the provided templates (1 hour Challenge Relay Results.xls and 1 hour Challenge Individual Results.xls) by Monday 8 September 2008.

If it is not emailed in that format or not received by that date, it will not be considered. (You are welcome to mail it earlier)

• Please email your Proof of Deposit of the entrance fee on the same date

• Post  (to PO Box 52605, Saxonwold, 2132) or courier all the signed Entry forms to reach SAMS by Friday 12 Sept 2008
